● Ensure that the hands-free appliance is distanced a ma-

ximum of 10 metres from the mobile telephone and that

there are no barriers or electronic devices between them.

Replacing the fuse

The hands-free set is equipped with a fuse. If the device

no longer works, check the fuse and replace if necessary.

● Open the vehicle connector plug 1 by turning the

ﬂ uted screw insert

gently anticlockwise – with pliers

if necessary – and remove it.

● Remove the plug tip

from the fuse

and pull the fuse

out. Ensure that the spring

in the vehicle connector

plug 1 does not accidentally jump out and become lost.

● Place a new fuse of type F2AL/250V into the vehicle

connector plug 1, place the plug tip

onto the end

of the fuse that is slightly protruding

and screw the

screw insert that you removed earlier

back in.

Risk of ﬁ re!

● Replace the fuse only with another of the same rating

as that given on the ratings plate. Fuses with a diﬀ erent

rating may cause ﬁ re. Smoke resulting from such a ﬁ re

is poisonous.
