Savoury batter for nut waﬄ es/patterned waﬄ es

Ingredients:

♦ 200 g ﬂ our

♦ 125 g margarine

♦ 1 egg

♦ ¼ tsp baking powder

♦ 1 pinch sugar

♦ 1 pinch of salt

Whisk the margarine, the sugar, the egg and the salt.

2) Mix the ﬂ our and baking powder together and add this.

3) Whisk everything at maximum speed with a hand blender.

NOTE

► The savoury nut waﬄ e/patterned

waﬄ es can be ﬁ lled with a wide variety

of diﬀ erent ingredients, such as cream cheese, herb curd cheese, aioli,

tzatziki, melted Gouda cheese etc.
